Bay Area legend Kermit Lynch has amassed a cult following since he started bringing wines to the US from the French countryside in the ’70s, and his Berkeley retail store has become a church for wine lovers. Now, North Bay oenophiles can stock their cellars without making the trek to Berkeley. Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant has set up shop at Marin Country Mart, marking the second store in the French and Italian wine importer’s 53-year history.
